Building a 20% contingency "Although when i say i wana go all out, i only use up 80% of my energy so that there is room for contingency." pst's words during one of e services. I think i must really learn how to master this from now onwards. Sometimes i feel ive burnt out my energy bcos of certain things i cannot NOT do. coZ it seems like tts e only way to go about things. Yet i cant afford to be off balance. So, im still in the process of learning. :) Sometimes, i must learn to reject and say no. Especially for those situations im entirely not obligated to say yes.
