Just wanna say. Just wanna say that. I have kind of thought through the whole issue about infidelity in marriage. There are more reasons for me to believe that a marriage can work, than believing that it can't. When we avoid marriage because of the possibility of infidelity, it really is a pride & self- victimization issue. Not trusting God that He is in total control. Deeming my feelings and emotions more important than anything in this world. Yes feelings r important, but not the MOST important. To say that we want to be in a marriage only when my partner can guarantee he won't be unfaithful is to say that he gotta be a perfect man. But in this world, nobody is perfect other than Christ Himself. And what makes me think I won't be the one that is unfaithful? I rest my case. Labels: contemplative 12:55 AM
