Battlefield and love. Love is like a battlefield. So get your armour. - Jordin Sparks Isn't it true? Love is like a battlefield. So get your armour. Not to act like a protective wall, not like a dysfunctional defense mechanism that kicks in when you're hurt. Rather, I believe this sentence means that love (between friends, lovers, mum & dad, etc.) can be vulnerable to many forces in this world and therefore, we need to equip ourselves with the armour that helps us keep that love strong as always.
