Pay Increase! My pay together with the rest of the newbies, got a pay revision. Something to yay about? Not really. That means my minimum quota-to-hit has gone up as well! I now have to hit a total of $8600 sales to NOT suffer a paycut. :( Oh well, but I still believe God is good. He has His grace poured down on me at my workplace. I already crossed my initial month of August target of $8000 sales up till now. I need another $600 more!!!!! And it MAY be coming by the end of this month, if I manage to get good news tomorrow that they are hiring my candidate! Weeee~ Of course, I hope to outdo the minimum and go for more. That is expected of me next month, and even more the next next month, in order to get confirmed. I need to show a pattern of improvement in sales. Having all said and done, I enjoy my work! It's about building relationships with the interviewees and the hiring companies, good time management and good coordination work, working with speed and efficiency.
