Sick of being sick! Ate paracetamol and I'm all perspiring now. I'm convicted that own feelings is not accurate. Haha the last time I was sick the doc lectured me for not going to doc with high fever. Coz it didn't FEEL like a high fever. I thought my fever was 38.5 degrees or less today, and should be considered moderate only. But using the thermometer, it was 38.9 degrees. Got a shock and immediately took 2 tablets of panadol. Yeah it's terrible to have fever once per month. I'm really at my last straw now. I really need to start exercising again!!! I am really tired of being sick all the time, REALLY REALLY tired. I am now provoked to make a change. As John C. Maxwell says in his book, Failing Forward, "the whole idea of motivation is a trap. Forget motivation. Just DO it.
