Resistance... I worked out this afternoon, after months of not exercising. Woohoo. I can feel the degree of resistance my body has towards exercise! It has developed a hatred for it. Lol. Anyway, I am really not who I used to be....fit, lean, strong. Guess the older I get, the more I need to take time out to exercise and maintain that fitness. The benefits of working out is immense if I take a good look at it objectively. Dear body, please cooperate! I'm going to see how long can this last. Haha. With exams looming, I certainly hope exercise will not be cut off the list! Hmm...will I give in to my flesh, or do what will truly benefit me? Oh, another piece of good news: I've been hitting 45 kg lately! Yay!! Workout more...eat more...build muscles more....WEIGH MORE!!! YEAH!!! Labels: daily rantings, new year resolution 9:53 PM
