On a long bus ride + Goodbye Expo Been a long time since I had a long bus ride. :) glad im doing it today. From expo to home. Its the last service of not just the week, but our time in Singapore Expo. Really, I do not think that it's about the place...but the times we spent with each other here, and the revelations and encounters with God that are greater than the former glory of the Jurong West church days. Amazing. My spiritual growth REALLY began when we shifted to Expo for service. Am glad to say I am a new and better creation now than I was 5 years ago. :) Well, 2011 marks my 6th year in CHC. I am proud to say that I am still committed to this church - if not more committed than when I first started out. Today's preaching by Pst Kong also reminded me to look back at my spiritual milestones....those awesome things He has prepared for me & came to pass, when I went through the purification process He has set for me. Im so glad Im a better person today than yesterday. More forgiving, more loving, more thoughtful, more God depending. I love my life because God did a miracle for me. 2 weeks at Jurong West church seems like God's perfect plan. :) Its always good to remind ourselves of the former glory - our First love and therefore our sacrifice for JW - before moving on officially to new grounds. To me, its God telling me not to forget the depth of sacrifice and obedience we had for Him in those days even as we enter Suntec. :) Labels: daily rantings, prayer to God, testimony 11:15 PM
